TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Nulla euismod condimentum felis vitae efficitur. Sed vel dictum quam, at blandit leo.

Terms

These terms and conditions apply regardless of where the training was booked from and applies to all training.

If no other terms are provided, these terms will also govern our non-UK based partners. If those partners have provided you with terms, those may be used instead of these. Where it is unclear, these terms supercede all others.

Events, Training and Coaching Terms and Conditions

Booking for the retreat, workshops, training and other events run implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These terms shall prevail over any terms put forward by you, unless we expressly agree to them in writing. No conduct by us, our employees or our associates shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of any terms put forward by you. Terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and will apply from the date of publication on the website. Any variations for specific events will be specified in the web materials publicising the events.

Bookings and Payment

Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability, suitability for the programme and other conditions that we may set for any specific event. Registered bookings are confirmed subject to payment in advance, either by credit card or by the date specified on the invoice. Bookings for which payment is not received by the due date may be subject to cancellation by Systems Coaching Ltd.

VAT

All courses that take place in the UK are subject to UK VAT at the standard rate.  For courses outside the UK, VAT may be payable according to the regulations in that country, please see the individual course registration page for confirmation.

Customers from outside the UK who are attending our UK courses will be charged VAT at the standard rate.   This is because our public training courses are considered to be educational seminars or events and so not subject to the general rule and thus the Place of Supply is considered to be the UK.  It may be possible for customers outside the UK to reclaim the VAT paid and we advise you to seek advice from an accountant.

Discounts

Discount policy will differ between events and will be as described on our web or printed material for each event.

Discounts cannot be applied following a purchase.

No more than one discount may be applied per order.

The loyalty discount code may not available to use on self-pay, super early bird, some early bird, or training pass options.

Training Pass Payment Plan

We can accommodate a training payment plan that is flexible to support budgets. The payment plan is structured so that a non-refundable deposit is taken to secure a place on the course,  then, a payment plan can be agreed upon, so that the overall price is paid before each course is taken. Training needs to be paid for in full by the time the course is taken. Payments can be split across instalments over a set time period either as a monthly direct debit up to a maximum of 6 months or via 3 separate payments (via Bank Transfer). The Direct Debit option will require a non-refundable deposit upon booking and is only available to UK customers.

If you have planned to attend one of the courses in the training pass but need to to switch to a course at a later date you will need to contact the team 4 weeks before the course’s start date.

If you cancel one or more of the courses, the discounted rate will be updated to reflect the change in price that will be incurred due to the course being removed from the training pass and the payment charges will be updated to reflect this change. Cancellations for courses will need to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the course.

If you cancel all of the courses in the training pass except one, the discount will be removed to reflect this change and payment terms will be updated to reflect this change.

If you want to change the date of the course you are attending to a later date you will need to inform us by 4 weeks before the course is due to start.

If for some reason you do not inform us of changes within the agreed time frames you will be liable to pay for the full training pass amount.

Cancellation

If for some reason, we have to cancel the course, participants will get a full refund. We need a minimum amount of people to make it feasible.  We will not be liable for any travel costs incurred by participants if a course is cancelled.  Please wait until 1 week before the course to book travel, or contact us to find out the status of a course.

If a participant wishes to cancel a place, they may do so and receive a full refund minus any transaction fees up until 1 calendar month before the course. We are able to offer a 50% refund up until 2 weeks before the course. After this period we are unable to offer a refund as we will have committed to costs for the participant’s place.

If however a participant finds someone else that is suitable to take their place then we would offer a refund at any time, minus any costs incurred with the transaction.

Transfers

You can transfer your place to another course of the same type before the course runs, transfer fees apply as follows:

Transfers requested over one calendar month before the course start date are free of charge.

Transfers requested within one calendar month before the course start date are subject to a £150 admin fee for one and two day courses, a £250 fee for courses of three days, and £350 for courses of 5 days.

Transfers requested 7 days or less before the course start date are subject to 50% of the original price paid.

If you are unable to attend a course on the day then you may transfer at 50% of the original price paid.

For industrial action, and any other action that happens locally, we go on the principal that if the trainer is able to attend, then standard transfer policy is in place, if the trainer could also not attend, we will attempt to run the course online, and then if that is not possible, we will postpone until the earliest possible convenience.

All transfer fees are subject to VAT.
